Terms and conditions

The ICR Global Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the US tax code. All contributions from US taxpayers are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

In strict conformance with IRS guidelines, the ICR Global Foundation does not accept contributions that are earmarked or required to be distributed to the Institute of Cancer Research or any other organization. The Directors of the ICR Global Foundation have complete discretion and control over the disposition of any contributions received by the organization. While donors may suggest that their gifts be used for a specific purpose, these requests are non-binding on the ICR Global Foundation. This ensures that gifts made to the ICR Global Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and that ICR Global Foundation satisfies its obligations as a 501(c)(3) organization.
